Underground Add: 69D Dong Khoi Tel: 829 9079 Opened from 10pm to midnight. Underground is located in the basement of the Lucky Plaza building and is a popular gathering spot for expats and travellers alike. This spacious London tube-theme bar has a good happy hour and great pizza.
