The regulation about visa-free for Vietnamese over has just been announced by Vietnamese President Nguyen Minh Triet August 17. The paper of visa-free will be have value in 5 years, it is used to get in and get out many times, and each time is not allowed over 90 days. Vietnamese over who want to live in Vietnam for a long time must be accepted to extend stay.

When Vietnamese over get in Vietnam, they need to bring passport, paper of visa-free. Vietnamese over want to receive the paper of visa-free, they must have three things: paper of  proving Vietnamese over, guarantee for Vietnamese, definition for Vietnamese citizenship. The foreigners who are wife, husband or children of Vietnamese over need to have witness for this relation.
